How Do You Make All This Stuff?

Great Question! The CDs I Burn And Label Myself. I Use GIMP To Make The Covers And Tape Them Onto Blank Disk Cases I Order. As For The T Shirts, I Make Them Using Vistaprint. It's Pretty Intuative And Not That Expensive.
